The short version

When you click through to Klook or GetYourGuide from this site and complete a booking, the platform pays us a commission. Your price is identical either way — the commission comes out of the platform's margin, not your pocket.

Who does what

This site compares listings and links out. The platform takes your payment, issues your voucher and handles your customer service; the operator — for most pages here, the Hozugawa Yusen Sightseeing Boat Association or the tour company named on the listing — runs the actual boats and buses. If a departure changes or the river suspends sailing, the platform and operator resolve it under their own policies; we have no authority in that conversation.

What the commission does not buy

Placement. The comparison table sorts on price, duration, format and rating; the editorial pick must cite a measurable column of that table; and commission rates differ between platforms without that difference appearing anywhere in the ranking. A listing that reviews poorly or hides its terms simply stays off the site.

Ratings and reviews

Every rating shown is the booking platform's own published score with its review count beside it. We aggregate nothing into a site-wide number and we invent nothing. Review quotes appear as short excerpts with their date and source.

Prices

Prices on this site are the lowest adult rate we read on each listing, stamped with the month we read it. Platforms reprice continuously — the figure at checkout is the real one, and when the two disagree the checkout wins.
